Apparently the gods were smiling because, my Seattle-based, computer-whiz mentee, Toolie Garner, happened to be in town. After a little groveling on my end, she offered to make a HOUSE CALL to help me fix the file and show me some other computer shortcuts.

(She’s so good at explaining things, I think I could probably do it again without her help.)
